10 SPIDERMAN PLANKS (Bring knee to elbow 5x each leg)
9 TRICEP DIPS ON A CHAIR
7 LAT ROWS WITH A WEIGHT OR BAG
6 PLANK WITH UNDER BODY BAG DRAG
5 CHEST PRESS
4 SQUAT PRESS
3 FORWARD LUNGE TO BACK LUNGE COMBO-3 Each leg
2 HEAVY FRONT SQUATS (Hold Kettle bell or Dumb Bell)
1:00 PUSH UPS
DO #12, THEN DO #12, THEN #11, THEN 12, 11, 10, 12, 11, 10, 9…….YOU WILL HAVE DONE 64 BURPEES AND 100 PUSHUPS BEFORE ITS OVER! J
